The lymphatic system is responsible for moving cellular waste and debris out of the body, through a network of lymph vessels that carry the harmful components to the bloodstream and from there to the kidneys, lungs, and colon for elimination.
Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system has no “pump”, so in order for fluid to circulate properly it needs external stimulation, and the muscle contractions from the Whole Body Vibration machine are the best way to stimulate flow.
After lipolaser in the first session, the second session is the Whole Body Vibration (WBV). This is followed by an infrared sauna session.
The procedure for WBV will be as follows. After your lipo laser session, you would step onto a whole-body vibration machine for a session.
For your WBV session, you will be asked to keep your feet wide apart, as a reasonable requirement towards the lymphatic drainage process. We recommend that your knees be locked straight in the session, and the body needs to be kept straight.
Once the machine starts, you will feel a very slight jolt almost immediately, following which, low-level vibration will start. Just remain on the WBV machine for about 10 minutes. Usually this is sufficient for the lymph to be drained by the vibration process.
As Step 2 of our Body Sculpting Program, our clients experience the WBV right after the lipo laser. The reason for this is in the preceding session the lipo laser system caused the releasing of toxins from the fat cells into the body. WBV provides immediate assistance in removing the fat released (via lymphatic drainage caused by the WBV session).
The purpose of your body to undergo the WBV session immediately after lipo laser is to help the lymphatic drainage process.. The lymphatic system of a human filters the loose fat cells of the body. The lipo laser session releases toxins from fat cells, thereby leading to a lot of loose toxins in the lymph circulation system.
